Over 50,000 evacuated in Bicol as ‘Mina’ nears–NDCC

Disaster officials have evacuated 50,387 people in Albay and three other provinces in the Bicol Region on the eve of the landfall of typhoon “Mina” (international codename: Mitag), the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) said Friday.
